Return & Refund Policy

1. General

  • All sales are subject to Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • This policy applies to all purchases from Rewind2 made online or in-store.


2. Film & Photographic Consumables

  • Due to the light-sensitive and perishable nature of film and related consumables, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the goods have left our premises, unless required by law (e.g. defective or mis-supplied items).

  • Please check product type, format, and expiry date before purchase.


3. Second-hand & Antique Cameras / Equipment

  • Items are sold “as-is” with their known condition, faults and defects disclosed in the listing.

  • Buyers are expected to review descriptions, images, and ask questions before purchasing.

  • Returns are accepted only if the item materially differs from the condition described at the time of sale.

  • We will evaluate on a case by case basis for:

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s lack of product knowledge or investigation prior to purchase

    • Inability to operate the product

  • If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed after the item is received in the same condition as sold.


4. Warranty

  • As some equipment is antique or second-hand, manufacturer’s warranty or standard new-goods warranty does not apply.

  • Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the ACL for faulty or mis-described goods.
