1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We will notify you by email if any item is delayed or out of stock.
2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship from Sydney, NSW using Australia Post or other reliable couriers.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on destination).

Express shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only; subject to carrier availability).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
3. International Shipping

We currently DO NOT ship internationally.
4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery online.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes for bulky items or to countries restricted by postal regulations.

Film and other light-sensitive materials are packed carefully to protect them during transit but must be stored appropriately upon delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at shop@rewind2.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

For lost parcels, please notify us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier.
